Subject to this consultation exercise, and further discussions with Glasgow City Council, we propose to submit a detailed planning application for the proposal. Calmont and the design team will take into account the comments made during this consultation stage as the proposals are developed ahead of the submission.
All comments made about the proposed development will be taken into account and considered when finalising the proposals and will be included in the Pre-Application Consultation (PAC) Report to be submitted to Glasgow City Council as part of the forthcoming planning application.
Please note that the comments made during this process are not representations to the planning authority. There will be a formal opportunity to make representations to Glasgow City Council once an application has been submitted. The Council are responsible for the notification process of planning applications submitted to them.
Our proposed timeline is:
22 March 2021 – Consultation website goes live
26 March 2021 – Online consultation event. Please email ec@elder-cannon.co.uk or call 0141 204 1833 between 11am and 5pm and the design team will be available to answer queries
12 April 2021 – Deadline for feedback on the online consultation
Spring/Summer 2021 – Planning application process active
Once the planning application has been submitted, the full range of planning documents, such as Planning Statement, Design and Access Statement and relevant surveys, will be available for public viewing and you will be provided with the opportunity to make formal comments to Glasgow City Council.
